Privacy & how this app works
This is a private, community-focused tool for supporting a child with ADHD — not a school district system. It brings the people around the child (parents, other family members, and a teacher) together in one place, so patterns and blind spots that no single person would catch alone are easier to see, and everyone can help the child improve.
What's collected
Behavior notes, dates/times, optional location, optional photos and audio notes, grades, daily factors (sleep, meals, screen time), custody schedule, upcoming events, and messages sent in the group chat.
Who can see it
Only people an admin has explicitly added — either a real account (email/password) or a tap-to-enter profile (view-only). There's no public access, no ads, and nothing is sold or shared with outside companies.
Where it's stored
In a private database this family/admin controls, plus photo and audio files on the app's server. Anyone with admin access can export or delete data on request.
A note for schools
If a teacher uses this, they're doing so as a courtesy to the family, not as an official school-district tool. This app is not reviewed or endorsed by any school district, isn't a system of record for special-education or disciplinary purposes, and doesn't replace whatever official channel a school requires for those records. A teacher should follow their school's own policies about what student information they're allowed to share here.
